Paymaster

Hub Capital's paymaster service is perfect when a group of separate entities needs a neutral party to manage a transaction involving multiple buyers and/or sellers and to monitor the payments to the participants.

We also handle the need of accumulating and managing payments from multiple buyers until a specific event authorizes the transaction to be paid. An example is a limited investment offering with a minimum capital requirement.

Hub Capital Management can also provide paymaster services to receive ONLY commissions from the following transactions:

* Fuel and Petroleum Transactions

* Commodities Transactions

* Currency Transactions

* Gold Transactions

* Bank Guarantees

* Bank Instruments (LTNs, MTNs, SBLCs)

* Precious Gem Transactions

* DTC

* SERVER TO SERVER

WE WILL NOT BE THE direct RECEIVER OF ANY OF THE ABOVE INSTRUMENTS - only the commissions for the individual or entities involved. We will then disburse it per the client's instructions.

PROPER DOCUMENTATION SUCH AS MASTER CONTRACTS, NCNDA, AND/OR IMFPA WOULD HAVE TO BE SUBMITTED FOR DUE DILIGENCE and transaction support (compliance).

THE CLIENT'S INFORMATION SHEET (CIS) IS ALSO A REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION.
